Surely regular communication with the guys reviewing the bfs would provide some level of accuracy to the timelines ? It seems that nkp are either continually being fed incorrect time estimates on how the review is progressing or they are feeding all investors bogus timelines.

He would still know people well at both of his old consultancy company's. That he could get regular, up to date progress reports. One would think.
