bfs , jv delays and where i see this going., page-9

Hi sprogman, bfs delays are more the norm than exception but typically the companies are much clearer and the revised timelines either met or it is communicated why they are not. Eg dml delayed by a month or so thus year but communicated exactly why and met the subsequent timeline.

Nkp seem to struggle to get a story out that is the same across both the sa and oz dept's as well as no clear info from those reviewing the bfs as to why it is delayed. How hard is it to say xyz area has abc potential cost savings if we do xxx but it needs further work to exactly define yyy.

Clarity is king when delays occur. This bfs is being treated like some above top secret document which is ridiculous. Feedback should be ongoing and clear to all parties at all times.

Sorry to harp on but I guess I'm just a little annoyed as I feel like a despite being a part owner of this company I'm being treated like a mushroom.
