Whatever way you view it, the consolidation was poorly timed. It was done at a time when sentiment was at an all time low. The sp was falling, Mothae continues to disappoint, and the new Lulo MIC is still very much up in the air.

The uncertainty surrounding the MIC is probably the biggest concern for shareholders.

Will the MIC be renewed prior to the May deadline?
Will Lucapa continue to be a partner in the new MIC?
Will we receive a better %?

When the company did the 30:1 consolidation, shareholders were rewarded with loyalty options. From memory, it was one loyalty option for every two shares held.

The current board is so out of touch with shareholder needs, it beggars belief.

With 1 member of the current BoD only “just” retaining his seat last election, and standing again…..

The next AGM should be interesting….
