I would also believe the price of the project would go up. Next bidder may come at around original offer at $200Million.
Maybe bidders are going to let that expire before coming up with a new offer.
I think there may be a bank already holding prices down here before an offer is made. next 3 months will be interesting.
Not sure if shareholders would approve a take over.
What would they do with $200M+ in the bank account?
