will the “plead” with shareholders?.. I think they are already asking us to convert now. Plead - no. I have converted my personal holdings and a good chunk of my company’s holdings as cash is very important right now. People are worried about implications with CGT but you may be forced to convert to realise a full share for a deal anyway. Why not rip the Band-Aid off to reduce dilution and maybe the deal is 12 months out by the time it finalises anyway. At the end of the day shareholders need to vote on any offer so we will have a voice. I converted so I won’t worry any CGT. Reducing dilutes in our best interest. But I do accept not everyone can just line wipe options. But everyone can think about if they can then make a choice to back what they invested in, if they can afford it.

will they Capital raise if they need to - yes, that is how the game is played unless some other arrangement is agreed prior to the date of the phase 2/3 approval appraisal.

will big pharma sit back and wait for PharmAust the be crippled- it sounds like you think there is only one “big pharma” in the world or that they are all in cahoots. This is a highly competitive market. Sure some might wait and some might go aggressively. It is not a binary existence.

do they have sufficient funds to start phase 2/3 - no. They said that. So buy out your options (if you can afford or arrange it) and help move the dial a little…… I didn’t bother checking if you hold any but every little bit is a step away from further dilution making your shares just a little bit more valuable each time.

will it be 100 days for ODD decision- read any of the information from Michael or maybe watch any of the videos. He will supply the info with 2 weeks once it is correctly compiled and validated with more information than what we the market could consume. It then is up to the FDA to determine how fast they want to process. So it could be a week, a month or another full 90 days. Only the FDA can answer that. Now one would think it should be processed quicker given they have seen most of it and just asked for additional info.

Thanks @adreamer, great summary. One tiny thing I'd like to add is that MT did mention in one of his Q&A sessions that the 210 figure MAY change depending on the Phase 1 results. Well, these were outstanding so there may possibly be some wriggle room. But with those results I doubt they'll need it.

IMO the USA part of the trial will be the Healey Platform. I doubt that they'll hunt around for other sites in America.

My hope is that with Berry fighting in our corner and pushing along the ODD decision with the FDA we have a chance of a quick turnaround. Hopefully Cashie is right and we get it by the end of this month, that would be perfect!
