bfs , jv delays and where i see this going., page-15

The D/D UP date on the 18th June.

He asked PL about the Billion "Rand" question and of course the along awaited BSF and X decision.
A' The BSF is essentially completed, and the market can expect (barring unforeseen.)an announcement next week.

It then goes to SKR, a process that takes about four weeks.
That is now 18 weeks ago.

From the great debate about this in the last two day's, there is only really 3 scenario's that I can see.

Scenario 1/

The BFS IS completed and is in the hands of X. Robust negotiations are under way, and they don't what to tip the market.

2 Questions on that.

1/X has the option on this deal, so why the cloak and dagger.
2/ Nkp has out right lied to share holders about the BFS not being finished.


Scenario 2/

There is still a problem with the numbers.
X is still not happy.


I hope it's the first one because if it is, that means that not only will the BFS be released, but the X deal will be announced at the same time.

Scenario 3/ is X waiting for the court case, which means the BFS is finished and they are not releasing it.(again being lied too)

The bulls have made very good points, that have made me have a re think. But that the end of the day you have make a decision. Right or wrong.
