Agree it is very frustrating.

Guidance from Andreas (listen from 26:55 of recent teleconference) is that problems with export licence are now sorted and system to be tested once the test unit arrives in Ukraine in 1 to 2 months. Should have a clearer picture on the 2 conditional orders ($181M total) I would expect in second quarter of this year. As Andreas said once test is passed then fulfilling the conditional order will depend on prioritisation of funds on the battlefield at that time as there are competing interests (i.e. lack of ammunition, etc.).

All sounds reasonable to me - war is not straightforward, but EOS is on the right track. Andreas answers make much more sense then his predecessors so am happy to stick with this "war" horse.
