The efforts of the current board of directors in addressing past challenges and restructuring the company are commendable, especially considering the complex issues inherited, such as financial discrepancies and the lack of corporate governance.
From my understanding, an ASX re-listing is not far away (see offical request for lifting of suspension sent to ASX 21 January 2024) which is a stark contrast from what the majority of shareholders had initially envisioned.
I would expect to hear something regarding the re-listing this month.
