it's a competitive market place and they have acquired other licensees and their advisers. they have no USP. licensee services are a utility service akin to a mobile phone plan...a little stickier but not very.
these advisers didn't decide to move, they were forced to move by virtue of these acquisitions.
the outflow of advisers will continue
