    This is great news from what I can see. Whilst it is another MOU, this one has some comments about investment and offtake.

    I think the market will react once there is a joint venture, especially with the scepticism of PB and his heavy interest in MOUs that have been mentioned by the TVN holders.

    Time will tell...
