    Navy,

I feel for you as i know you've held for a long time and as a shareholder, have a right to expect better. On the other hand, one could argue there's been more than enough warnings in the last year to forbode the current predicament. I don't invest based on warm feelings and what could be. I want to see results and got out a long time ago due to poor disclosure and poor numbers.

Communications is of massive importance for small, emerging companies and being cheeky and repeatedly not tagging anns with sig info as non-price-sensitive is a SLAP IN THE FACE to you guys!

You cannot simply blame the GFC for NMS's poor performance. There are many mining and o&g services companies on the asx who have significantly improved their situation since the gfc and began to bolster shareholder wealth. Neptune and Nomad are two disaster stories unfortunately.

Also i would not pin your hopes on the notion that Lange et.al would not risk their careers by letting Neptune fail. No executive sets out to put a company in deep water but alas it happens all the time and for BIG companies too. At the end of the day, sometimes market conditions, price competition and a,host of factors can ruin even a competant MD's actions.

My argument would be, if a company fails to achieve its purported potential, as a shareholder, at the very least you would expect to be respected, updated ans feel like you're on the journey with them. I never felt like that - mayne some of you do/did; and maybe people don't demand enough from a company when investing their hard-earned.

Seriously hope it works out for all holders or at least something salvagable but honestly can't see any positives except a private equity group bidding up the stock.

    Cheers
    H
