Why does CH2 have no cash in hand? Have they emptied the safe before the auctioneer arrives?
This is the only issue I see here, perhaps hints at the reason we are getting such a great deal.
Net profit margins are very very low for CH2, perhaps the synergies with PGC will allow the combined entity to bid on bigger contracts and improve those margins.
