I spoke to a mate out there a week and a half ago and he said they wanted to get Sand King u/g going before the end of Q4. If there is any delay in the coin coming through from WES then they will need to raise funds. Hence the placement. The only concern I got from the conversation was what they were going to mine (open cut) once Missouri finishes, which is very soon.
