    Let’s hope that in Duttos big idea plan - that we get some details

    like - who is going to start (now), because it takes years to set up - and this is only one little requirement
    who is going to pay for the training, who is going to set up the training, and from where will Oz get the trainers, and where will Oz house the trainers and do the training??

    And this is just a tiny example of what is needed
