Its been about 20 years since I heard this university terminology, brings back some good memories.

Things are much more serioys today in my position as FD for a European multinational. The Debt / Equity and tax issuea are very serious considerations for us in any new investment so this is not just theoretical. Do the maths, by introducing debt return on equity is greatly increased.
