Just read through my class action letter again.
So can somebody clarify, to me it looks like I am a group member as I purchased some shares between 2018 to 2020. I have three options do something.
1. Join the class action fill in a form
2. Do Nothing, however If I do nothing it looks to me that my name can still be used in the class action against MSB? Although no money will be awarded to me if class action is won, Did I read this right?
3.Opt out Fill in a form an opt out.
I am a bit confused about 2? Is this a lawyer trick?
