Millsy, I get it - you don't really like CHM. Apparently for multiple reasons. I think that's OK. I'm on the fence myself.
Admitedly, there are multiple theses seeking validation in any clinical study, but I urge you to reconsider the fundamental question Phase 1 trials seek to answer, and not to get caught up in px numbers or SD/DFP data. Personally, I focus on the primary endpoint. Accordingly, and unlike many, I don't really put too much emotional capital into phase 1 trials. There's so much more time to devote emotional energy to trials with a more meaningful clinical impact.
Nobody needs to have a coronary while interpreting rational/irrational responses to early clinical studies - especially non holders with a negative sentiment.
