Yes have to agree this could be just an over reaction. Speccies can be very volatile down at this price range, with traders taking large % profits as the SP moves up, which can trigger a lot of panic / stop loss selling .... followed by the next leg up.
I went through the latest anns and couldn't find anything that worried me.
With China's Sinom being a major holder and the RMI director Zhang Chi taking up $482,809.64 worth of shares in the rights issue in April this year (at .005) ... makes RMI look promising
