That guy wasn't a nazi ......he co-operated with them to fight the russ that were oppressing his country - does not make him a nazi - after the war there was no hint of war crimes attributed to him
many Germans were required to fight for Germany without being nazis - they had no choice
just as many russ have to (are forced to) fight for a completely fascist regime today without necessarily being fascists themselves
