They most likely updated it sometime after the trading halt on Monday as no more trades could come through. It's finally happening now the only question is what are the fine details within the JV and will the funding be included or not. Without a doubt they won't be funding 100% of the mining operation so let's hope the multiple other parties we have hired haven't been sitting on their fat ass and have found us other funders to get us up and rolling
