Fresh off the back of my tistory lesson Ive been lying on my rock in the sun pondering the tis.
Lets assume on the positive side of things that the welsh trials come out positive, the commercialisation deal lands in the bag (no big stretch).... then the TIS goes cash positive some time ast the end of 2011. I see these are highly expected evants. How does the SP stay at these levels? A 23c odd price is implying that there is a low chance of getting a small amount of cash.
Is it... a) The pricing in that these events do not occur? b) The money, when it does come, will be less than guestimated? c) No one is watching/cares?
