He insulted 100s of thousands killed and wounded Ukrainians for making an outrageous, moral boosting statement like that, knowing for sure that it was an utter lie. Z is slowly destroying his own country, because Ukraine can’t win this war. Z knows it, Zaluzhny knew it etc.
