Another thing which I've been thinking about for a couple of days since listening to this interview - Guy points out a number of times that Australia's base load coal fired power stations are getting very, very old - that they will need to be replaced.
That this will cost in the order of $400B to achieve.
There is considerable scope for Long Duration Energy Storage.
