why, because it's been nearly 4 months since egr had there final submission to patent office.
also the PQF should getting ready for its operation soon. Hopefully we will get news on this soon, as indicated by last quarterly.
Once operational potential customers will have product for testing, BASF announcement of non binding mou will I'm sure drag attention in some quarters. Also hopefully German finance approval for funding should move forward.
I rang office but Andrew is not in country right now. So what I'm saying is pure speculation but the patent issue should be news soon considering the time they have been quiet. USA has given it so, I don't understand why there should be a delay much longer.
