Migrating away from dubber to another company would be an expense that a lot of telcos wouldn't want. Especially if there's a hard time limit on getting those recordings out of dubber
Vodafone for instance, we were told, only just finished their migration to the dubber platform. Don't think they'd be too happy to do that again. Could be a selling point to the telco's if they're taken over instead
