Logic tells me that as gas enters the production tubing it will bubble up through the water now in the tubing.

Equilibrium will be achieved {it will most likely take some time) when the top of the water in the tubing is at the same level as the top of the foundation water and the e gas pressure in the tubing is the same as the underlying gas pressure. (Neglecting the pressure of a 4.5km of gas}

Given the above I can't see that updates to the SE3 gas pressure will give anyone any useful information.

Can they make gas flow with additional equipment? who knows? We will just have to wait and see.
