As is overselling a depressed asset with billion dollar intrinsic value. For every seller there is a buyer willing to accumulate such assets at bargain basement price.
Usually it takes some sort of catalyst or jolt for the regular folk to catch up to speed. In the meantime buy Toro for cheap.
