Increase market share for existing product. Use revenue to drive r+d.
Make PNV a household name in the surgical industry, then have different products to introduce once the existing market starts becoming saturated.
Rinse and repeat.
How anyone could disagree with this strategy is mind boggling. Like, what's the alternative? Slower growth and a profit with a measly dividend?
