Peter Bilbe,the other director imo should be classified with JP.
JP appears always to have had PB's support ie therefore outnumbering in votes against our Chairman's
original desire to commence extracting the gold at least a couple of years ago.
Therefore imo -The Chairman (Ashok) and Grant Haywood (CEO) should be blameless for the current
situation except perhaps with the latest HRZ/GSR proposal.
PS-on a side issue-most of us now own shares in RVT (currently in escrow until Dec.2024)-I'm not happy
with JP now running the show at RVT and would prefer if some method could be implemented to have
him removed from both RVT and HRZ.He's well past his use by date.Historically I understand he ran
Phoenix Gold (taken over by EVN)and Phoenix s/holders I understand did not benefit greatly at that time (2015).
In summary I'm not convinced a merger with GSR is a good thing.IMO better for HRZ s s/holders to vote "against" a merger with GSR. Why would we want to merge with a virtually bankrupt coy and also
consider lending them approx $500k to stave off GSR creditors notwithstanding we need FMR's mill.
The director of FMR (major s/holder of FMR)is an undesirable from what is on the public record.
Better imo stay as we are for tye up with more respectable coys.
