The UK listing is new. It makes a lot of sense. Australians don't know how to price Africa Risk properly. There is no shortage of resource & energy plays right here in Australia. Many here see "Africa" and say nope for me. The UK has limited local options. Also, because of the long history of UK investment in South Africa in metals, and don't forget the 2 hour time difference between London and Joburg, so personal relationships can flourish in the broking and banking space. The LSE participants know how to properly price Africa Risk.
As has been said many times in this place, holders cannot understand why a company with this much upside is priced as it is. I think an LSE listing would be the fix for that.
Also greater access to larger sums of capital when the time comes to put down 100's of production holes a year, and accompanying infrastructure.
This is a clever proposal from the company.
