maybe a tad more fluffing around mid 12s, then i can see the move starting. Regal simply aint going to let it fall going forward given they have invested in 10% of a tightly held company that they can probably only exit with a t/o (which is no doubt why they are buying). So they will be making sure the price is high... and stays high for when that offer comes. No way they are going to let it hover for long around their recent buy price and wait for a 30% premium takeover. Nope. They will run this up hard in the coming weeks and months. $20 will be here soon i am very confident
