No - you are deliberately misinterpreting what the graph says.
It gives a 1000 picojoule energy cost to storing a bit of data for a year. It is estimating the energy cost for the year, not that it can store the data - that has been measured on the 60nm chip (actuals, as they refer to it).
Which is why it's there - it's substantiating the argument that 4DS is specifically aimed for SRAM - where it is suitable, and that long term persistence should be left to more suitable media. It also proves how low its usage is compared to those others, and that it is therefore far more suitable for the purpose which they are targeting.
Those are the facts, that everybody here "gives a stuff about". It appears that you are the one that has trouble dealing with them.
