yep, you are right - I believe that does not present correctly in the plate.
I reckon, if you look at the energy cost, the DRAM and PCRAM energy costs given are those of refreshing to make it last a year - as a comparison. Over 1000000 pj, so I guess that is the best refresh rate you could run at to get memory persistence for a year.
4DS is 1000pj, which does not seem likely to be for multiple refreshes, but the amount of energy required to impress a bit to last a year. MRAM is over 100pj for the same time - but it is constant in its demand, and that puts those in context with each other. It shows how good FeRAM and Filamentary RAM are in this area.
It is a question I will ask tomorrow, just to get some clarity on it.
