    Board have the protection of the #1 holder.

    I know he doesn't hold > 50% but he holds enough to keep them safe.

    IMO, the shares would have went to friendlies & not the #1, as he seems to be 'smart' enough to gain his shares via Vending assets verse using his own cash.
