It appears you were correct, there is a " MANAGEMENT CONTRACT" for $230,000 PER ANNUM. Wow cannot imagine what they are managing as THERE IS STILL NOTHING HAPPENING !
These new guys make Ned Kelly look like a Saint. AND they also charge RENT for letting the Company use the offices of Kalgoorlie Mine Management. Are these guys having fun with OUR ( Shareholders ) FUNDS or what ?
How are the Directors letting them get away with it ?
