It's not irrational to see a dump post the directors dumping half their stock. If they had doubled their stock at these levels everyone would have considered that as incredibly bullish would it not? Happy directors looking forward to the future aren't selling shares unless they are buying a house or a boat! I would borrow with the stock as collateral before I would sell the shares.
