    the biggest RISK for us all right now is the lawsuit in Austrslia which they FAIL to disclose the exposure of.

    best I can find is it's $8m usd / ~$12.5m AUD before legal fees!!

    if they lose and have to pay Bolin's fees what's left??????

    how can they not disclose this???

    they have a lawyer on the board (Joanne Moss) so assume they discussed it but this is certainly a price sensitive piece of information IMHO
