With all the money spent on plant upgrades it is as yet unjustified - sales teams need to make it justified. As for 'green' concrete, the idea of using coal fired plant leftovers (amongst other things) is good:

In financial terms, wonder how comparative costs stack up between the the 2 types of concrete?? If green costs more will it add to building costs - inflationary?? In any event, it should be good for SUV.
