my understanding is that pcl were able to do their own thing on data etc etc???? (obviously constrained to what can be said by the JV) so i do find it a bit slack no updates even if it is just we are near completion of interp. the big boys usually are not very good/kind with pennydreadful partners and many just ignore them and tell them nothing until only when an ann is needed. i remember talking to PCL board back when their JV partner in the tenement to the north was operating - it was bizzare - they had no idea of the progress or not of thier programs - mushroom mentality it was and i have seen this in australia many times as well
