It has been a continual dilution for the long-term investor.
Those on this inside/brokers/etc with share offerings and the like simply work the system.
I suppose the key is to use charting technicals to enter/exit and disregard company claims/statements/intentions.
The share price is illiquid so good luck to those entering on the placement - they can sell back and forth to themselves or get trapped for some years whilst the company gets its numbers organized.
No doubt more cash required in the years ahead,
