Due to the misunderstanding between me and Computershare, I end up having yesterday closing register as well sent to me about an hour ago. Little change, but I will put it up here
a) Manipur from Tuesday have 20 947 215 shares and by the close of yesterday bell, they have 20 983 044 shares. They are buying guys.
b) Yesterday, I reported 1820 eligible holders on the register, Today, it becomes 1814 holders (excluding 4 accounts of RG). I quickly look at it, it was a bunch of holders from 10 k shares to 50 k shares, some got off, some new register got on. It may indicate traders that are trading in and out or some exit and the market picks it up.
c) With institutional sides:
Citi Corp on Tuesday has 2 412 439 shares and by yesterday, they have 2 419 411 shares. What are you doing in buying in? Are you trying to buying in and selling out to 84 cents with a loss? My opinion.
JP Morgan on Tuesday has 517 782 shares and by yesterday they have 516 282 shares indicating they have been in constantly retreating on the market.
Warbont on Tuesday has 492 330 shares and by yesterday they have 498 153 shares. Are they trying to be like Citi, buy and sell for a reason other than trading? Who knows?
Morgan Stanley stay flat at 590 437 shares.
HSBC stay flat at 410 571 shares. But history with HSBC that I looked at, there are at least 2 incidents involved since January. They created another extra nominee account and add shares in there secretly over time.
First incident was 1 million shares involved in purchasing before Australia Day and few days after that, those shares were vanished. It was the time when Kins Group proposed everyone to sell out the shares to enjoy Australia Day.
The second incident involved on around 22nd February, where they created another account with 82 353 shares in it. By the 5th of March record, that amount of shares were gone too. As everyone remember, the last closing bid date was 1st of March before extension.
All these incidents are very closely related to RG's events, isn't it? Just my opinion, as I don't know what are they doing with their newly created account on the 6th of March with 822 shares in it?
These are just my opinions and of course I could be wrong but it is just based on the figures that I formed some sort of cautious thinking, especially during the take over bid, where every remaining shares needed to be sway away from the bidder to secure 10% blocking power. Just my observation.
