Mkt cap is US$150m equivalent. IMO, this is a Disallowed, minimum. So I am accumulating. One day, someone buys the IP.
NVIDIA would do it from petty cash as would the next 10 semiconductor players. This battle of buying and selling at 12 or 13 cents is laughable if you are someone with a sensible timeframe.
