This director sell-off reinforces my view (expressed elsewhere too) that the reduced director voting power means other s/h's ("us") incl retail s/h's have greater influence in ending zepos in the future. Especially when they are used (almost in their entirety) simply as a form in increased remuneration---not an incentive for future and LT growth. The directors have grossly abused the option of incentivisation which should be curtailed or disallowed in the future and, if ever used again, definitely NOT for free!
