It confirms what I have seen recently, visiting some apartments for sale : long queue (almost like the one for rental properties), large audience at auction, with final price much above what I was expecting. One specific example : one unit (fully renovated), which was in a flooding area, was sold at 1.5 m$. It was initially put, for sale, at 1 m$, based on a recent sale in the same building.
