"7F.2 Any other information the entity wishes to provide about the proposed issue
Under the terms of the variation agreement Nova will reduce the conversion price under the facility to A$0.53 and pay
Nebari the sum of USD$55,000 upon the earlier of:
a. The date which is five (5) business days after Nova's intended NASDAQ listing; or
b. 1 June 2024"
I read this as saying that they expect NVA to be listed on the NASDAQ by 1 June 2024 or earlier
