They will definitely want/have to raise again soon, at a much higher price. They could have issued shares at 0.001 like AMD did and dilute the bejesus out of shareholders but instead chose a minimal raise at 0.002 to insiders. That speaks a lot. Many smart operators are jumping on iron ore train and China is looking like it's slowly getting out of a deep bottom, so I think the odds are in my favour.
