Posting it as a google doc link as it is 15 pages and I couldn't get it to format properly for the post. Forgive me if there are input errors on the calcs as it took a bit of time and I couldn't be bothered proofchecking the whole thing lol.
The 4.5x peak sales multiplier is included as It was commonly used by @wombat777 appropriately being the average for peak sales in his referenced pharma transactions.
An interesting side note is that the Triangle report global prescription numbers do not include doxorubicin which we have been told gets administered 20 million doses globally per year.
