The management have been pretty quiet about this last roll of the dice. I am sure they know that the cap raise well is dry. If this latest re-jig doesnt work, they will run out of money before this time next year. Given that it was stated that 40% + of the company is owned by insiders, maybe they are a little cowed that their promises have not come to pass. I just hope that they are working their butts off to make this thing finally take off.
What is most likely imo is that one of the big agencies will try to pick up the software on the cheap from the receivers.
That may be why the U.S has been a stringing along excercise for years....
