Here we go again..courts overturning approvals because govt hasn't changed the legislation to stop this nonsense.
Gallagher should shelve Narrabri to teach nsw govt a lesson and give Dorado in wa the go ahead where at least the wa govt has developed a streamlined approach to approvals now.
