not much to achieve in that time period, think they should want to work and achieve much mcuhmore than that to get free shares, it alot ontop of high pay packet anyway,
why do director have to get free shares, if they get paid to do a job anyway... if they believe in the company they can buy share very very cheap,
the coumpany could slide at any stage, after they achieve anthing after 20c and yet they will still get free shares,
i hope, or trust to protedt shareholders,, they are escrowed for a year after that too.
